Job description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Admin cum Account Executive to join our team and support our daily operations and financial activities. This role is ideal for someone with 1 year of experience and a Bachelor's degree, who is proficient in Microsoft Office and Zoho Books.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the office.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, bill payments, and expense tracking using Zoho Books.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding paperwork and employee records.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, scanning, and photocopying.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Ideal Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- 1 year of relevant experience in administration or accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with accounting software, preferably Zoho Books.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive and resourceful problem solver.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
