Job description
The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original content across various social media and digital platforms and optimising each client's performance.

Responsibilities
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
- Create monthly calendars and syndication schedules
- Content writing and campaign planning for social media marketing
- Setting up and optimizing brand pages within each social media platform to enhance and maintain the visibility of the brand
- Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI
- Communicate with followers/community, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (design, client servicing, website) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
Knowledge/Skills/Attitude Requirements
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Excellent copywriting, presentation, and communication skills [in English]
- Demonstrable social networking experience, social analytics tools knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube and other social media best practices
- Knowledge of branding, online marketing, and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Education (Graduation/Post Graduation) in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Social Media course are desirable but not mandatory
- Fluency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
