About Media Shala-
A pioneering media literacy platform, nurturing creativity and fundamental skills for navigating the ever-changing digital landscape. Job Title: Facilitator, Media Shala Type: Regular/Full time Number of Positions: 5 Location: Faridabad, Gurugram Eligibility & Experience: Postgraduate in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years experience in the media industry in content writing, graphic design, and basic video editing. & basic podcast production. A degree in media studies & and teaching experience will be considered an advantage. Key Responsibilities: ● Design & and deliver the Media Shala curriculum for students from grades 6 to 12 ● Classroom management and engaging children creatively and effectively ● Aid in setting up the Media Shala Learning Labs - stock planning, procurements, resource planning ● Conduct daily classes in line with course content & and wise plans ● Develop & and curate engaging media projects with students to enhance their experience of project-based learning ● Plan & and execute workshops for different stakeholders as & and when needed ● Liaise with industry professionals for expert talks, field visits & and student internships ● Accompany students on field trips for a better understanding of the medium ● Mentoring & and building capabilities of the Media Shala Club of senior students ● Planning & execution of regular learning camps at Media Shala ● Actively contribute to the social media presence of Media Shala by strategizing, and mentoring senior students in various roles for content creation ● Brainstorming for digital content creation, brand & and marketing strategy for Media Shala ● Manage the coverage & and creation of short-form digital videos for big school events ● Managing the Media Shala Lab by taking complete charge of operations & and equipment ● Knowledge sharing & and staying up to date with the latest innovations in the media industry Interested candidates may send their resume & and portfolio to [email protected] with ‘Application for Facilitator Media Shala’ mentioned in the subject lineJob tags
