From 7 to 10 years of social media management experience in digital marketing agencies, integrated ad agencies, mainstream advertising, new media, marketing, creative or similar roles within mainline or digital agencies.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Account Director - Social Media to join our dynamic team at Dentsu. In this role, you will lead and manage our social media department, working closely with clients and internal teams to create and execute effective social media strategies.

Key Accountabilities:

Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement social media strategies to meet client objectives and drive results. Lead the social media team to execute these strategies effectively. Client Management : Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals, and providing strategic social media guidance. Ensure high client satisfaction and retention. Team Management:

Supervise and mentor a team of social media professionals, fostering their growth and development. Content Strategy : Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with client brand identity and messaging. Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to achieve client goals. Data Analysis:

Use analytics tools to monitor the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Budget Management : Manage social media budgets and allocate resources effectively. Innovation:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and tools to propose innovative strategies for clients.

Professional Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in leading and managing social media teams. Strong client relationship management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, advertising options, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
