Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for sales We are seeking a Sales Executive/Telesales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our financial products and services. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, build rapport with customers, and close sales.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers via phone calls to introduce Bajaj Finserv's products (OVERDRAFT OD and PERSONAL Loan) and services
- Explain product features and benefits to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services
- High school diploma or equivalent
Salary Range: 10,000 - 18,000 per month + Incentive
Location: Vijay Nagar Indore
Employment Type: Full Time
Work Timing- 10AM-7:30PM
