Relationship Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, developing new client relationships, and maintaining a professional image of the company. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and agreements, resolving customer complaints, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Experience in client relationship management and sales
• Ability to understand clients' needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in the training and development or recruitment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
