We are looking for Data Scientist(s) who will be working on key developments of Travee's systems. This person will own a part of the overall solution and work along with the team to help build and maintain the moving parts of our engine. All this while getting an exposure to the most exciting data about travel!

We are looking for energetic candidates who are eager to explore and experiment with an eye on the cost involved in terms of time, money and efforts. This person also understands the importance of adding value to the overall company through their work and finds ways to contribute to the fields beyond their expertise through brainstorming.

Requirements

1. Excellent work ethic and understanding about how startups work.
2. Experience: At least 1 or more year(s) as Data Scientist *delivering business value through their work*
3. Education: Science and technology (or engineering) graduates good in Python programming (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib among others), ML and NLP constructs (*using ChatGpt prompts doesn't count*)
4. Clear concepts around NoSQL data and structures
5. Exposure to Google Cloud Platform and its services is a plus
6. Clear understanding of APIs is a plus
7. Attention to detail, persevering and go-getter attitude, ability to work in teams is a must. Being able to make presentations is not a requirement as this position will have to write detailed documentations.
8. Problem solving mindset and analytical, very important to be self-motivated
