This role supports the Leadership team of Risk Reporting, Middle Office and Controls organization in India with Leadership updates & Business Reviews and also in delivering broader initiatives within the larger organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of key location agenda priorities covering People, Innovation and Stakeholder Engagement with the following:
- Organize periodic updates for the broader Leadership team
- Provide Logistics support with organizing events / sessions etc.
- Prepare and provide Senior Leadership updates
- Manage Senior Leader visits including following:
- Managing the agenda and govern the entire process end to end including Itinerary and room bookings for the visiting senior leaders/managers
- Managing logistics including but not limited to Travel / Car Bookings / Dining Services requests
- Organize social events and team building exercises
- Collaborate with extended India RMOC leads for following:
- Support Interns and Campus hiring and logistical support
- Prepare for Business reviews and Leadership Reviews
- Partner with Controls, Resiliency, Finance and other key India and Global business managers to execute initiatives for the team
- Maintain key location metrics related to Headcount, Hiring metrics, Infrastructure details including assets & financials
- Track status of key transformation programs and facilitate two-way communication between management and the transformation team
- Engage and collaborate with IRMC Business Management team in delivery of IRMC wide initiatives
- Other Business Administration Support:
- Create a centralized Asset Inventory (Asset tagging of each resources) and Order assets based on management team requirements.
- Maintain central distribution lists by location and track changes
- Manage building access requests to restricted area for Mumbai and Bangalore and annual recertification of all staff including Facilities and GS&I individuals with access to restricted areas
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum overall experience of at least 3 years primarily in business administration / executive administration and / or project management etc. for a large team would be preferred
- work across groups and geographies and therefore must have strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills.
- Strong skills in time management (includes prioritization) with a proven ability to multi task as well as assess and change priorities
- Creative thinking skills & attention to detail would be valuable
- Good Microsoft business applications proficiency: PowerPoint, Word, Excel and SharePoint, along with a good level of comfort in learning new software and project reporting tools
- maintain utmost confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information
Preferredqualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in data analysis and preparing storyboards will be preferred
- Advanced degree (MBA, Business Analytics) a plus but not necessary.
