Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the Global steel industry. As an Export Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and expansion into global markets (Iron and Steel Industry). The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the international steel industry and possess a proven track record of successfully converting export leads

Role amp; responsibilities - Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand the company's presence in international markets. Collaborate with the sales team and management to set achievable sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and requirements. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in international markets.
- Develop and execute plans to grow our customer base and increase market share.
- Manage the entire order processing cycle, including quotations, contracts, shipping arrangements, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and conditions for sales contracts. Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute agreements.
- Represent the company at international trade shows and industry exhibitions to promote our products and services. Network with potential clients and industry professionals to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade regulations and documentation requirements. Keep abreast of changes in export-import laws and update internal processes accordingly.
Preferred Candidate Profile - Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in export sales within the steel industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a global market
- environment.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade practices, export regulations, and
- documentation processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional
- language proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented
- environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
