Role Description
This is a full-time role for an HR Manager, located on-site in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, training, and payroll administration. The HR Manager will also be responsible for developing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all local and national labor laws.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in employee relations, recruitment, training, and payroll administration
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Knowledge of local and national labor laws
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management or related field
