Good hands-on experience on ClearPass Deployments in a multi-vendor environment.
Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with 802.1x and appropriate EAP methods.
Knowledge of Active Directory Architecture. Knowledge of Azure AD and Intune is a plus.
Familiar with PKI Architecture including Experience with SCEP, certificate enrollment, and certificate template creation.
Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with TACACS+ and network authentication with MFA (Multi-Fa Authentication).
Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) and Guest Wireless services.
Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with SAML. Lead Proof of Concept activities for ClearPass-based Deployments.
Working knowledge of LAN protocols.
Actively supports the NOC team in the implementation of the technology including documentation and training to support design changes and new feature implementations.
Assist the support team to submit the RCA for any major issues within its SLA. Submit the RCA within its SLA for all P1/P2s.
Experience in creating documentation (LLD/HLD and Solution Documents) and supporting audit reviews.
ACCA or ACCP certifications and Knowledge of Aruba Products Like Switches, Wireless, and Central are preferred.
