Job description

Job Role: Planning and scheduling of Training Plan, Standardization of Processes & formats, Verifying & Processing Payment, Planning & Monitoring of Training Mandays.

Reporting To Dept. Head

Level in the organization Sup-AM

Educational Qualification: Post Graduation (With Specialization): Optional Graduation (With Specialization): Graduate

Any Other (Certification / Diploma etc.): Expertise in speaking Japanese is required.

Job Responsibilities

Work Experience (Years) 3 (Minimum) - 5 (Maximum)

• Administrative activities of Overseas Training for MSIL employees, Collaboration & synergy in learning & development activities with SMC Japan, related audits & statutory compliances.
• Translation & Interpretation of Meeting and documents
• Department MIS & Presentation.
