Greetings From Essenware!! Please find the below job Description and Send me updated resume ASAP!! Role: SAP EC Manager Off Shore location: Pan India. Years: 7+ Hire: Contract to Hire In-depth knowledge of Employee Central concepts such as business rules, Generic Objects, Foundation Objects, picklists and data models. Must be able to perform the below responsibilities- Work with Business and HCM counterparts to gather & analyse the requirements, map them with SuccessFactors system and infuse them in the respective workbooks. Work on HR Transactions- Events and Event Reasons Create Background Portlets and Custom MDF Objects Configure Approval workflows Configure Business Rules for validation and automation Reporting- Generate ORD and Ad hoc reports for client specific requirements Document Generation for Letter Template requirements Configure RBP groups and roles for key stakeholders, employees, and people leader Collaborate with all the interface teams involved in the project architecture Conduct system demonstrations and drive workshops Must have extensive knowledge of Data Migration and should be able to perform the same to support the business with complex data update requirements Post Go Live Support for SuccessFactors Employee Central- the above activities will be a part of support. Additionally, work on required system changes, upgrades, maintenance support, resolve queries and issues faced by end users, business users and SMEs, fixing any bugs or issues identified in the production system post go-live Regards Saroj KumarJob tags
