Job Description
The key responsibilties of the FPA- Analyst:
- Annual Budgeting: Assists with the annual planning of all P&L line items. Partners with business partners to prepare annual capital budgets. Prepares the annual Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement budgets.
- Capital Planning: Assist with the analysis of all capital investments (including new stores) to ensure an appropriate return-on-investment, including the development of financial models as required.
- Acquisitions: Analyzes post-acquisition operational and financial performance trends to ensure trends support expected return-on-investment.
- Presentations: Assist CFO and other Company leaders with financial performance presentations
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Support of all other system-wide analysis that do not fall under the scope of the individual BU FP&A team(s)
The Successful Applicant
The successful FPA- Analyst candidate:
- MBA Graduate from a top B-school or Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4+ years of experience and at least 2 years of BPO/ Shared service experience.
- Must be proficient in Power Bi.
- Must have great FP&A and reporting experience
- Must have great stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in Pune or able to relocate immediately.
- Must be able to work in a US shift (shift timings- 5:30pm- 2:30am IST)
