Understand The customers requirements and provide best possible solutions.
Co-ordinate with field sales team about the leads and assign them the same according to priorities.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Ability to complete and achieve given targets.
Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation.
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Ability to give facility and services on time.
OEM Relationship, Customer/OEM Visits.
