With 7 physical stores 1 online outlet and a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional service we stand as the preferred destination for highquality pharmaceutical products.
**Area of Responsibility: **
1. **Creative Direction and Advertising: **
Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for all advertising and publicfacing communications (print digital video).
Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle.
2. **Content Management and Sales Support: **
Manage content and updates for customers and internal touchpoints.
Establish budget guidelines and participate in events.
Document business processes and provide sales support.
3. **Market Insights and Optimization: **
Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies.
Increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads.
Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives track and analyze and optimize accordingly.
4. **Communication and Reporting: **
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams.
Communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs strategies and budgets.
**Primary Responsibility: **
Shortlist organizations for marketing events.
Visit and meet key persons of selected organizations.
Coordinate marketing events within the premises of partner organizations.
**Required Skills and Qualifications: **
Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management multitasking and decisionmaking skills.
Metricsdriven marketing mindset with an eye for creativity.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
**Preferred Skills and Qualifications: **
Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in marketing business or a related field.
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms.
Willingness to travel.
Established contacts in the media.
