Roles & Responsibilities :- Identifying, assessing and liaising with business partners to unearth needs and requirements- Analyse requirements for feasibility with regards to implementation and work closely with the solution architect/technical architect on the framework, technology stack- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders - Develop a detailed project plan, identify risks & dependencies- Track the project progress, to deliver on-time, within scope and within budget - Manage the work allocation to the teams- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders- Status reporting to clients & internal stakeholders on the project health with clear callouts on project risksJob Description :- Take a hands-on approach in projects to be able to pitch in at various stages of the project from a technical perspective- Mentor team members in project teams and conduct 1:1, seek feedback and address concerns- Aware of Scrum methodology and various other associated ceremonies like sprint planning, review, retrospective etc.Preferred Qualifications and Experience :- BE degree with 5 to 6 yrs of experience in the IT sector and at least 1-2 yr experience in leading teams and managing projects- Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills with ability to effectively communicate- Demonstrated experience in building project plans, project management aspects- Strong technical understanding and foundation is a must- Ability to take complete ownership of the project. - Experience in Stakeholder management. - Excellent communication skills ( verbal and written)Your Career Path : - You will learn and collaborate with talented colleagues from across the globe who have expertise in core domains that you may not have had exposure to- You will be able to develop a growth mindset courtesy of our move towards integrated solutions that demands everyone expands their understanding of what we can bring to the marketplace- You will be able to develop skills in a Portfolio that represents unification of some of the most diverse, globally recognized brands and businesses in the organization-an exciting opportunity for your career development.- You will be responsible for mentoring new recruits and grooming them to the Moonraft culture. - Participate in responding to various RFPs as part of the pre-sales support.- You will participate in initiatives, recruitment and practice development programs (ref:hirist.tech)
