Role Description
The process mining developer performed in-depth analyses to drive process transparency and process improvements for our clients. Collaborating with technical resources to transfer process information from Enterprise Applications into data models for process analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong in process mining and business analysis for technology projects and will be directly responsible for developing process mining applications for our clients.
- Collaborate directly with InspireXT business process experts, client process owners, and client's technical teams to understand objectives and requirements, and translate them into Process Mining (ex: Celonis, etc.) technical requirements.
- Help our clients drive significant business outcomes and ROI by leveraging the insights uncovered through Process Mining tools.
- Work with the wider project team to ensure each project is delivered on time and meets Line of Business requirements.
- Connect the Process Mining (ex: Celonis, etc.) platform with enterprise applications and business systems.
- Work with the business team and help outline the business requirements and functional specifications.
- Extract and transform business data and load them into the Process Mining (ex: Celonis, etc.) platform.
- Design process and process-specific dashboards, analysis, and reports.
- Organize and lead onsite business team workshops to educate about process mining tools and benefits.
Requirements - Bachelors degree (B.E.) or Postgraduate.
- 3-5 years of experience in Implementation of Process mining projects/management/process improvement/technology consulting, professional services, or software services/implementations.
- Good understanding of at least one business process area.
- Strong analytical skills, especially visualization and data analysis, and in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Basic data manipulation skills using SQL and data visualization experience.
- Hands-on experience with one or more Process Mining tools (ex: Celonis, UI Path, etc.) across various processes
- Good in communication and coordination with an aptitude to work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
- Should have strong Business process analysis skills and the ability to own the end-to-end process and be responsible for the creation of business process models and variations, etc.
- Demonstrate the ability to represent the work group to key groups outside the group or department.
- Integrate ideas and inputs from different sources to find innovative solutions and should look for opportunities to improve the system/ application/ process.
- Should guide and mentor the junior team members and closely work /assist team members in handling scheduled/unscheduled issues.
- Strong communication skills: ability to explain solutions in person and in writing.
