Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and other executives, managing the calendar and travel arrangements, organizing meetings, managing communication, and performing various administrative tasks. He/She will be the voice of the CEO.

Qualifications

• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
• Proficiency in managing expense reports and travel arrangements
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• knowledge of MS Excel and google sheets
