Role Description
The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce activities. This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi. The Ecommerce Specialist must have a solid understanding of e-commerce strategy and tactics, have the ability and required skills to lead all aspects of online sales while working with web developers and other key members of staff to increase sales and improve the overall customer experience on the website. The Ecommerce Specialist will work towards ensuring timely delivery of products, defect-free, efficient solutions, meeting customer delivery expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights to improve sales and customer experience, and E-commerce platforms management
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Expert knowledge of E-commerce and online sales strategies, trends, best practices, and latest technologies
- Experience in creating and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines, with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience in planning, designing, implementing and managing online transactions & payment gateways
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Experience with Google Analytics, social media management, content management systems is a plus
