Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Beverage Manager at Maikada, our high energy cocktail bar, located in Mumbai. The Beverage Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the hotel's beverage operations, including inventory management, ordering, staff training, and development of new beverage programs. The Beverage Manager will also work with the culinary team to create menu pairings and provide exceptional customer service to guests.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Food & Beverage service and management
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests
• Experience in training and managing staff
• Proven sales and marketing abilities
• Experience in budgeting and financial management
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality, or related field
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with additional languages a plus
• Team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
