Job Description

• Modelling of new insurance products as well as minor modifications & maintenance of existing models.
• Resolving model related queries raised by cross functions
• Responsible for quarterly and annual IRDAI submissions pertaining to ARA, AAAR, actuarial Forms submissions etc.
• Handling and Managing queries from Peer Reviewer, Statutory Auditor and IRDAI on sufficiency of reserves and solvency position.
• Responsible for setting economic and expense assumptions to be used in valuation.
• Justify movements in monthly reserves two finance and supervisor compared to the movement expected as per Business Plan.
• Review of methodology followed for global reserves and their management

The Successful Applicant

• 2-4 years of experience preferably in Prophet Modelling.
• Working knowledge of other tools like DCS, SQL, Python will be an added advantage.
• Good Actuarial Exam progress
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and problem solving ability.
• Completion of tasks on time and at desired standards.
• Demonstrate ability to take up and deliver new projects
