Real Estate Sales Executive (2 Year Experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Minimum 2 year in real estate sales

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by conducting market research and staying informed about market trends.

Client Consultation:

Conduct client consultations to understand their buying or selling needs and preferences.
Provide guidance and advice to clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and property value.
Property Showings:

Schedule and conduct property showings for potential buyers.
Showcase properties effectively, highlighting key features and addressing client inquiries.

Negotiation:

Negotiate offers and counteroffers to facilitate successful transactions.
Ensure optimal outcomes for clients while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Documentation and Transactions:

Prepare and review real estate documents, including purchase agreements, closing statements, and leases.
Coordinate and oversee the closing process, ensuring a smooth and timely transaction.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience and secure repeat business and referrals.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about local real estate market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments.
Provide market analysis reports to clients for informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
Proven track record of successful real estate transactions.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
Proficiency in real estate software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
