Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Media Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives. - Conduct thorough research on target audiences, industry trends, and competitors to inform campaign strategies.

2. Campaign Management:

- Create, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Quora, MOJ, Sharechat and Snapchat.etc. - Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, ROAS etc.

3. Content Creation:

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and visually appealing ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.

4. Audience Targeting:

- Utilize advanced targeting options to reach specific audience segments and optimize ad delivery. - Analyze audience insights and adjust targeting strategies based on performance data.

5. Budget Management:

- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources. - Provide regular budgetary reports and recommendations for adjustments.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of paid social media campaigns. - Prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirement: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Proven Experience with mainstream Social & Self-serve platforms, Meta brands, Short Video/Vertical Video Platforms like TikTok, MOJ, LinkedIn, Twitter, Quora, and Snapchat. Ability to implement data reporting from the above-mentioned platforms with analysis and form insights to support campaign optimization. 3. Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Campaign Executive 4. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and industry best practices. 5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing strategies.
