The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for supervisory tasks, ensuring service standards are met, managing food service operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with team members and customers.QualificationsSupervisory Skills and Service StandardsFood service experience, including knowledge of food handling and safety regulationsCustomer service skills, including conflict resolution and problem-solvingEffective communication skills both verbal and writtenAttention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lead a team and manage multiple prioritiesExperience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment is a plusBachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred
