Job description
We are looking to employ a target-oriented and experienced Area Sales Manager to manage the Sales Representatives of an assigned Area and ensure that sales targets are achieved.
Roles Responsibilities
- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company s products, establishing, expanding your customer base and servicing the needs of your existing customers.
- Reaching the targets, developing sales plans, setting goals and dealing major customer accounts, feedback, market research and opportunities through various routes to market.
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole and allocating areas to sales representatives.
- Monitoring your team s performance and motivating them to reach targets and Compiling or analyzing sales figures and Keeping up to date with products and competitors
