Positions and Accountabilities :
- Give thorough product presentations and demonstrations to emphasise the qualities and advantages of our offerings. - Recognise the needs of your clients and offer specialised solutions to fulfil their demands. - To acquire new business and meet sales goals, negotiate terms of sale, contracts, and prices. - Create and maintain a solid rapport with customers to reward loyalty and guarantee repeat business. - Investigate and take advantage of chances to upsell and cross-sell more goods and services. - Work closely with the internal marketing and sales departments to create plans and programmes that will increase sales. - To spot new business prospects, keep abreast of market dynamics, competition activity, and industry trends. - Create precise budgets, reports, and sales projections to monitor progress and performance in relation to goals.
