Desktop Support Engineer 

Locations: Vellore / Nilgiris / Kanchipuram / Cuddalore

Job Description: -

• Languages Known: Tamil & English - Read and Write (Mandate since the requirement is for TN Govt)
• Should have basic knowledge on Networking (capable of understanding the connectivity)
• Desktop installation, Printer installation
• Should have a basic understanding on Govt Departments.
• Digitized data correction guidance to customer
• Service Register Mandatory page scanning and Metadata tagging.
• Training users on application IFHRMS (Project) Bill Processing.
• Flexible to travel across locations within district.
• Base Location can be any customer location in district, which is spread across 285 locations across Tamilnadu (Taluk and District Head Quarters)
