Ltd.) is a social enterprise to fund the unfunded women micro-entrepreneurs Banks are not willing to lend credit to individuals in this segment due to absence of credit history in Credit Bureau reports, loan size (large number of small loans) and high risk due to loan delinquencies Our proprietary algorithm helps measure individual's credit worthiness and our high-tech loan management platform, integrated with core banking system of partner banks, helps address large numbers of micro borrowers Currently we are sourcing women micro-entrepreneurs to partner banks alongside driving diversification strategies to loop in other financial partners to empower our segment in India at scale
Key Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Handle front desk administration tasks as an advantage.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and databases.
- Draft and proofread emails, memos, and other documents.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Research, compile, and analyze information as required by executives.
- Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.
Requirements - Any graduation degree.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Working Conditions - This is a full-time position (onsite).
- The work week is 5 days.
