Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant based in Amman. The Accountant will be responsible for performing day-to-day accounting tasks including bookkeeping, maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, tracking accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and managing vendor relationships. The Accountant will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and supporting the annual audit process.

Qualifications

• Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration degree
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and local tax regulations
• Experience with financial reporting, bookkeeping, and account reconciliations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• 1-3 years of experience in Accountat
• Experiences in the entertainment or hospitality industry is a plus
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus
