Assistant Manager- AIF Operations

Qualification-: M. Com / MBA / CS
Work location: Santacruz, Kalina
CTC- Up to 7 LPA
Job Description : -
Handling the Alternative Investment Fund Operations. This would include:
PAN/TAN Application
2. Issuing of Consent Letter
3. Coordinating between internal team for documentation
4. Assisting the client with execution of Transaction Documents related to Alternative
Investment Fund.
5. Procuring Stamp papers and assisting in Registration of Trust Deed
6. Apply for various Registrations after coordinating with client
7. Liaise with Bank to open and operate Bank Account
8. Liaoning with other services partners for smooth transition
9. MIS reporting to senior management and coordinating with different departments
10. Coordination with Legal counsel, merchant bankers for future business
11. Catering to the request of the issuer and investor
12. Ensuring compliances are duly made and submitted
