Job Description

This position is part of Experian's Global Identity & Fraud Engineering team, concentrating engineering, architecture & development of unified platform solutions, new product prototyping. This position requires extensive hands-on technology & engineering background and execution in Java full stack & cloud technology. Experience in Fraud identification, prevention, risk-based authentication, digital identity recognition and identity verification is a plus.

• Strong Hands on Technical leadership role atDirector level to build strong offshore presence for UNIFIED PLATFORM initiative.
• Hands on technical leadership to India Fraud & ID Engineering teams and bring site leadership and support to 80+ India team members for GFID Engineering.
• Setup & Scale Engineering teams.
• Driving Results across multiple geographically spread teams and work collaboratively across Global & regional engineering & product te
• Master's degree in engineering, Data Science, Computer Science
• 15+ years of work experience in engineering, data science, and/or software development , architecrure spoace
• Experience with AWS cloud Infrastructure and tools is mandatory
• Proficient in Java full stack (Java, Spark, or C++ are plusses)
• Ability to work independently on the development of complex engineering solutions with large and complex engineering methods.
• Proven track record in modifying and applying advanced algorithms to address practical problems
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead and execute projects from start to finish
• Familiarity with scripting languages and Linux / Unix environments
• Experience with Agile software development methodologyspecifically SAFE
• Expert analytical skills to evaluate understand and interpret data.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas and analysis results effectively both verbally and in writing to technical audiences.
• Experience in technology financial budget management and working with vendor resourcing models

• Experience with risk-based authentication, digital identity recognition, and online / mobile fraud analytics, preferably with large financial organizations
