Job Summary
This is a leadership role within Technical Training Team and will have 2-3 training managers and approximately 20 trainers reporting in. The job entails managing domain, process & technical training for the aligned business unit(s). The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, improving, implementing and measuring technical training processes for both new hire population as well as existing staff in various operations roles. These processes will include job readiness, training needs identification, training transitions for new processes, creating and deploying content & knowledge management strategies and measuring training effectiveness at various levels. The incumbent needs to be proficient in program and project management with in-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and experience in learning path creation and management is a must. The candidate will be required to understand the business operations and decision making processes, provide consultancy and be able to produce targeted and tangible results via effective and efficient workforce in line with company's objectives.
Perspective Responsibility
Customer
Stakeholder management: liaison with business operations teams, quality assurance team, hiring team, design & development team and other functions for delivering on business goals
Manage communication routines with stakeholders at one to one level, group level, business unit level (Training reports, new program communication, process/product knowledge updates/enhancements)
Represent training team in client calls, project meetings and reviews
Internal Process / Operations /Learning & Development
Manage end to end training processes..
Content creation-maintenance-deployment-measurement
New hire training - planning, delivery, effectiveness, deployment time, throughput & cost measurement
Training needs identification to remediation
Transition training for new processes - Scoping of how training will get transitioned, documentation, resource management, training delivery for pilots and ramp ups i.e. training measurement, analysis and reporting
Project & program management of key training transition projects, new learning programs etc.
Leading the aligned training team: performance measurement routines, reviewing
utilization & deployment, coaching and development basis individual development plans
Identify areas of improvement, launch and drive initiatives for enhanced experience for trainee, business & trainers and deliver positive business impact
Partner with onshore training counterparts to ensure alignment to standard curricula, processes etc.
Be self driven & motivated, and focus on self-development per the agreed development plans
Secondary Responsibilities . Lead/Participate in internal business projects/intra team initiatives
Measurable Deliverables
Standardization - collaborate with other training divisions and stakeholders to standardize the training delivery, content (including redesign), roles, etc.
Process Efficiency - Identify opportunities for improving training efficiency (trainee facing as well as trainer facing)
Manage training delivery planning & execution - ensure all training is delivered on time, based on business go-live dates as per the pre-defined thresholds
Professional Growth - Performance management, development & engagement of the training resources
Qualifications : Graduate in any discipline
Technical Skills
Experience in training in RCM industry or Healthcare industry
Work experience in a similar role
Familiarity with the methods and principles for designing programs to teach, train and instruct both groups and individuals, including the means of assessing the effects of training
Strong customer and personal service skills, including customer needs assessment, evaluation of satisfaction and ensuring quality standards of service
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Hands-on experience with project management and budgeting
Ability to lead multiple priorities/projects simultaneously
Experience : Minimum 15 years work experience, with atleast 10+ years in training function and 6+ years as people manager
