Job Responsibility of Quality Assurance Engineer Industrial Automation includes:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
- Perform inspections and tests on components and completed systems to identify defects or nonconformities.
- Create and maintain testing protocols and procedures for various automation components and systems.
- Conduct functional performance and stress testing as required. Maintain comprehensive records of testing results and quality control measures.
- Generate reports and documentation for internal and external use. Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to identify opportunities for process and product improvement.
- Implement corrective actions and quality enhancements as needed. Investigate and address nonconformities and deviations from quality standards.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to resolve issues and prevent reoccurrence.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to Tubewell Water Automation Water Treatment Plants and Sewage Treatment Plants.
- Stay informed about updates and changes to relevant standards.
- Promote and enforce workplace health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Address safety concerns and incidents promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree in engineering quality assurance or a related field.
- Previous experience in quality assurance or testing ideally in an industrial automation or manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of industrial automation systems and relevant technologies is a plus.
