As a Business Development Executive at EducateU, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives and fostering strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within the education sector. Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, educators, and decision-makers. Understand their needs and challenges to effectively position our solutions as valuable assets.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings. Articulate how our solutions address the specific needs and pain points of prospective clients.
- Negotiation and Closing: Develop customized proposals and pricing strategies tailored to the requirements of each client. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use insights gathered to refine sales strategies and differentiate Educate U's offerings in the marketplace.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, preferably within the education or technology sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
