In this role, the KYC Analyst is expected to have fair understanding of KYC operations from documentary and non-documentary verification as per CIP policy and must be able to identify.
Responsibilities
. Conduct IDV (ID verification) and customer screening against a watchlist of Sanctions, PEP and adverse media
. Conducts due diligence and recommends appropriate risk-based business actions to be taken concerning client relationship onboarding or ongoing monitoring
. Conduct customer screening and documentary verification of beneficial owner and controllers
. Research and gather the missing information from various reliable independent sources to address the gap and complete the case
. Communicate with Team Lead to resolve escalated issues as needed.
. High School Graduate or Equivalent. Bachelor&rsquos Degree (Preferred)
. Similar work experience at a financial institution
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Teamwork demonstrated via participation is sports or extracurricular activities in school / college
. Ownership, document nature of business
. Ability to gather the information from various data sources (Corporate registry) screening tools and/or other tools for CIP
. Ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy
. Motivated, team-oriented, with the ability to work independently
. Strong focus on quality along with an ability to read, understand and adhere to procedures
. Ability to seek and act on feedback & attention to detail
