Job Description

HR Admin (Compensation Admin) 1-3 years of experience in Compensation Admin/Employee Data Management Admin 'Must Have
• Graduate in any stream
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in HR Operations
• Results and deadline driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

Good to have
• Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc)' 'The Administrator is responsible for supporting the administration of employee compensation activities. This includes maintaining employee compensation records, and providing support to employees and managers compensation transaction in HRMS system. Transaction processing that are include below activities:
o Mass Load Compensation & Performance Data In HRIS for Annual Salary
o Update Compensation Adjustments (Merit Increase)
o Administer & process changes to compensation as and when required
o Compliance Reporting support
o Process/Update bonus data in the system
o Reporting on bonus payout
o Handle Employee Inquiries
o Expat Set UP/Changes, Expat Payroll & Tax Support
o Publish Ad hoc & Scheduled reports
o Maintain service level agreements '
