Job description

Overview

We are looking for Tele caller to join our fast-growing team and contribute to the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will possess a business development background that enables them to engage at all levels of a customer. You will be responsible for identifying sales prospects and leads, pitching and selling our services as well as maintaining good relationships with customers and users.

SKILLS:

· Good Communication Skills

· Research Skills

· Must have knowledge of negotiation, planning, sales, and presentation skills.

· Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.

· Able to achieve business for Web design and Digital Marketing.

· Should have handled business cycle from generating the lead to closure of the business.

Role and Responsibilities

· Familiarize yourself with all services offered by company.

· Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

· Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

· Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

· Generate Leads and build relationships with prospective clients.

· Lead generation via email marketing, cold calling etc.

· Overseas the sales process to attract new clients.

· Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients.

· Knowledge of pre-call planning, call control and time management.

· Manage Sales Pipeline, pre-sales and post sales follow up.

· Maintain knowledge of services offerings of the company, and work to meet the sales goal.

· Conduct calls and emails to prospective clients and close sales.

Experience: 1-2 year

Education: Graduate
