Job description
Order Entry:
- Accurately enter and process orders into the ERP system.
- Ensure timely and errorfree order entry to meet customer requirements.
Data Management:
- Maintain and update customer information in the database.
- Regularly audit and clean up data to ensure accuracy.
Communication:
- Coordinate with the sales team to verify order details and resolve any discrepancies.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status delivery schedules and other inquiries.
Requirements
- Proficient in using ERP systems and other relevant software.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
