Digital Marketing Executive
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, techniques, and tools to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing digital campaigns across various channels to meet our marketing objectives and enhance our brand presence.
1. Campaign Management:
- Â Â Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), and display advertising.
- Â Â Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
2. Content Creation and Management:
- Â Â Develop engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and advertising materials.
- Â Â Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all digital channels.
3. Social Media Management:
- Â Â Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
- Â Â Create and schedule content calendars, interact with followers, and monitor social media trends and conversations to capitalize on opportunities.
4. SEO and Website Optimization:
- Â Â Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Â Â Continuously monitor website performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
5. Email Marketing:
- Â Â Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Â Â Utilize email automation tools to nurture leads, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
- Â Â Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics and performance indicators using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
- Â Â Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing roles.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing software, and CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
