Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Civil with strong leadership skills to join our team at Plantrich Agri Tech Pvt Ltd. As a Project Manager Civil, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil engineering projects in the Kurianad,Kottayam area. This is a full-time position with a senior level role, requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD MEP, AutoCAD Architecture, and AutoCAD
- Expertise in structural engineering and geology
- Experience in earthworks and road construction
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee civil engineering projects in the Kurianad,Kottayam area
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and evaluate design drawings and specifications
- Supervise and lead a team of civil engineers and construction workers
- Manage project documentation and maintain project records
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution
- Resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner
- Provide regular project updates and reports to the senior management
