Job description
Executive Summary:
GreenPod Labs is an early-stage Agri-biotech start-up developing sustainable solutions to minimize food waste in India. The company is based out of Chennai. The company has developed an active packaging sachet that can extend the supply chain's shelf life of fruits and vegetables.
The company is looking to hire two undergraduates or MBA students for a Business Development Internship (3-month internship). Business Development Intern would work closely with the B.D team to build sales and marketing strategies for penetration in commodities like grapes, oranges etc.
As a first step of the recruitment process, we want you to take up a small project. The details of the project are given below.
- Meet a fruit/ vegetable trader in any market or mandi near you and understand his/ her pain points and issues related to quality and economic losses while transporting fresh produce over long distances.
- Record the audio conversation and share it in the sections provided below.

Requirements: Two-wheeler is mandatory as the role involves traveling.
