Tasks performed regularly which form the essential characteristics of the position.

• Understand business requirements to design and deliver the appropriate solutions.
• Participate in the SRM, MM & Ariba roll out to other BUs and geographies
• Lead tracking and monitoring of the production support issues, enhancement deadlines and escalations pertaining to S2P Platforms and update status to the project leadership.
• Collaborate with other DTI or Enterprise Excellence teams and externals to deliver appropriate solutions to the business

Required training and education:

U niversity degree and/or MBA and 5-7 years’ experience in a relevant area of responsibility

Required professional experience (in years):

• Min. 5-7 years of work experience in various S2P Platforms: SAP SRM, SAP MM, Ariba Buying-Invoicing, E-Sourcing etc.
• Understand business requirements & is responsible to lead several tasks during the various project phases as: design, build, training, user interactions & deployment etc.
• Experience in tracking and monitoring of the production support issues, enhancement deadlines and escalations and update status to the project leadership.
• As functional expert for S2P Platforms , he/she will provide recommendations and consult the business and other teams on the right solutions to the problems.
• Collaborate with other DTI or Enterprise Excellence teams and externals to deliver appropriate solutions to the business & cross functional teams

• Expert in Agile and hybrid software development methodologies
• Experienced in large scale Ariba roll out globally.

Functional /Technical knowledge (Must)

Strong knowledge of procure to pay processes with special knowledge of following tools as:

· SAP SRM

· SAP MM

· Ariba Buying-Invoicing

· Ariba E-Sourcing

· Ariba Contract Compliance

Functional /Technical knowledge (Nice to have)

· SAP HANA

· Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration

· SAP Ariba Network

· Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway)

· SAP PI-PO

· Celonis

Languages

Fluent in written and spoken English is obligatory; a further Asian and/or European language would be beneficial
