Experience- 4-6 yrs Qualification- M.B.A. or equivalent in the field of Human Resources Job description- • Responsibilities: (40% Recruitment + 60% HR Operations)• Knowledge of Administration and HR operations is must. • Knowledge of legal laws and statutory compliance is required. • Knowledge of Organisational development will be added advantage. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Self-starter and excellent team player. • Extrovert and pleasing personality. • Easily accessible & approachable. Should have strong local network. • Team Management Education: • M.B.A. or equivalent in the field of Human Resources. Degree in law will be added advantage • Minimum 4 years of experience in any manufacturing company is must. • Working knowledge of computers and modern communication devices Location : Kuha, Ahmedabad
