As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead our design efforts, bringing a mix of artistic, creative, and technical skills to create impactful visual content. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and conceptualization of complex projects from concept to completion. Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality design output. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content, to create cohesive and innovative designs. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and incorporate new and creative design strategies. Develop and maintain the visual brand language for a variety of clients. Oversee the entire design process, including the creation of mood boards, color palettes, typography, and layouts. Provide expert knowledge of graphic design principles and techniques to create high-impact visuals. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met with a high standard of quality. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills and projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other graphic design software. Exceptional creativity and innovation with a keen eye for aesthetic design and layout. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate design concepts clearly and persuasively. Strong leadership skills and experience guiding and mentoring junior designers. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of brand development and the creative process.Job tags
