Position overview:
Job Title -RPA Developer Experience - 2-3 Yrs, Location -Bangalore Mode of Hiring: Permanent RPA Developer Seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our team in Bangalore. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, troubleshoot and enhance RPA processes, and provide technical leadership. Requirements include 2+ years of UiPath experience, proficiency in programming languages, and familiarity with Agile methodology. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential. What You'll Do Meet with internal stakeholders to discuss current automation issues and future Automation opportunities to understand scope and impact Maintains open communication with all project stakeholders on the status of projects including accurate time to complete the project Work closely with an RPA Analyst to navigate through highly technical and complex workflows Troubleshoot, debug, and improve RPA processes, and conduct root-cause investigation of any running issues. Recommend new process changes based on common errors in the system. Independently develop robotic process automations Assists in the mentorship of new Automation Engineers Identifies and documents any possible process improvements Inc. data security procedures Participates in special projects or aids in the implementation of future technology as Required by the Data Services’ Management Provides technical leadership with a positive and flexible approach towards people, product, and process, and production Pursues continuous self-development through selected reading, seminars, ongoing education/training, etc. What You’ll Need to Succeed We’re looking for someone who: Has the ability to work in the Organisation. Your experience should include some or all of the following: Technical Undergraduate Degree or 3+ years of UiPath Development work experience 2+ years of directly working with UiPath Automation Platform Familiarity with other RPA platforms Experience in Robotic Process Automation Experience with UiPath Orchestrator and UiPath Studio Experience with designing, building, implementing, and maintaining complex automations Experience with common programming languages (C#, VB.net, Python, etc.) Competent in Database/SQL skills Competent in Microsoft OS and Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, etc.) Experience with Agile development methodology Bilingual English, both written and verbal Additionally, you may have: UiPath Automation Platform certifications Experience with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, DataFlowJob tags
