Funding:

We have received ₹240 crore in its Series C round of funding, led by Paragon Partners, valuing the start-up ₹1,000 crore. Singularity Growth Opportunities Fund, Sharp Ventures, besides existing investors Amicus Capital Partners and RPSG Capital Ventures, also participated in the funding round. We to aim to log ₹ 700 crore in revenue by FY'24 as we expand its presence across online and offline channels, and bolster our product portfolio. We are ramping up our headcount to about 400 people in the next 18 months

Job Location: Mumbai

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation process for new products and conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, formulation, and marketing, to develop product concepts and specifications.
• Maintain the future product roadmap and optimize current product portfolio in accordance with brand development.
• Develop products that reflect the brand's philosophy and positioning
• Managing the creation of products across multiple cosmetics categories from concept to launch
• Create artwork briefs whilst also managing the artwork approval process
• Develop new product and product re-stage concepts, formulation and packaging
• Liaise with all suppliers to ensure all orders are on schedule.
• Lead communication with cross functional department on product brief, formulation, Cost Set up, art work, packaging etc.
• Effectively organizes, monitors and controls activities to ensure achievement of planned stage-gates.
• Track project cost and financials and reports deviations.
• Coordination with multiple teams for smooth launch as per timeline.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelors in Cosmetologist / Chemistry / Pharmacy/ Bio Technology or MBA.
• 5 years of experience in Colour Cosmetics, Skin Care, Hair Care and Personal Care brand.
• Should have experience working on New Product Development, New Trend Analysis, Category Selection, Product Costing, Formulation, Innovation etc.
• Experienced working with external stakeholders like Ingredient vendors, manufacturers.
• Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi.
