Job Title:Â Sales and Business Development Manager

Location:Â Palarivattom, Kochi

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager with at least 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

2. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting activities.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.

4. Lead negotiations and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

6. Identify growth opportunities to stay current with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

7. Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

8. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.

9. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and expand the network of contacts.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development roles, preferably in the IT sector.

3. Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

4. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

7. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. 8. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

9. Willingness to travel as needed.
