Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Service Desk Engineer located in Chennai with flexibility for some remote work. As a Service Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, customer service, and help desk support. You will also work closely with the Service Desk team to ensure that all customer support requests are responded to quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

JD :

  1. International Voice Call Support exp.
  2. Should have basic technical knowledge of troubleshooting outlook, basics of networking concepts like IP address, protocols etc.
  3. 1-2 years of technical service desk engineering exp.
  4. Should not be a fresher and not from 'Customer Support' background. Need technical support profiles.
  5. Rotational Shift
