Skills:
• 8-10 years of work experience in the end-to-end recruitment for IT, Software or Embedded Software domains. • Experience leading or managing a team of recruiters. • Experience in hiring senior positions. • Ability to overcome hiring challenges innovatively. • Ability to execute a recruitment strategy - to keep a high bar for candidate experience, diversity sourcing, and interview processes. • Proficiency in the use of social media and job boards • Experience in the Automotive Industry is an added advantage. • Experience managing HR function is an added advantage. Responsibilities • Creating talent acquisition strategies based on the job requirements and ensuring fulfillment. • Managing the recruitment team. • Source suitable candidates based on job requirements and critical attributes, ensuring the timely onboarding of quality candidates through online job boards and social media. • Conduct salary negotiations and discussions, interpreting industry benchmarks and internal parity for offer management with appropriate approvals. • Execution of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding. • Communicate the hiring progress to stakeholders and management. • Overseeing and improving the hiring processes in the organization.
